Policies:
♡ No additional guests please (no exceptions. if you show up with a guest, we will have to reschedule & you will be responsible for the full service amount of your appointment that day).
♡ Please arrive no more that 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. I do have clients back to back and need time to properly sanitize in between clients for everyone's safety. If you arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment, please feel free to check out some of the amazing local businesses along West Avenue!
♡ I accept debit/credit cards, tap to pay, & cash as forms of payment. All remaining balances are due the day of your appointment, no exceptions. If paying with cash, I recommend bringing exact change, as I do not always have change on me.
♡ Any and all deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable, no exceptions.
♡ All appointments must be rescheduled/cancelled at least 48 hours before your appointment. By booking your appointment, you agree that you are responsible for the full remaining balance of the services booked for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, no exceptions. To rebook, your balance must be paid in full & a new deposit will be required.
♡ All retail items will have sales tax applied (including aftercare kits)
